Weight loss is the term used in the context of physical fitness, is a lessening of the body weigh due to the loosening of body fat and fluid. Major loss of weight of the body is serious illness. Unexpected weight loss of the body is a symptom of various kinds of illnesses like chronic illness and mental illness.
Weight loss is accompanied by unstable thirst and hunger, which may indicate diabetes mellitus.
This chronic disease characterized by accretion of carbohydrates in the bloodstream due to
inadequate creation of insulin, a harmonic production in the pancreas that, when concealed into bloodstream allows cellular metabolism and utilization of glucose.
The current high level of obesity has made weight control a major health priority throughout North America. At the same time, data show that average weight loss for dieters on conservative diets amounts to a plain 5-8 pounds per annum. Why dieting is so much difficult? According to a survey, there are about 3 reasons
1) We don’t have an adequately powerful motivation.
2) We let ourselves go hungry.
3) We don’t deal effectively with worse ways.
The new weight loss survey done in North America and asked people who are on diet, to identify the three big barriers they faced when following a
calorie-controlled eating plan.
• Inadequate incentive to lose weight (75%)
• Hunger (60%)
• Bad days (69%)
Why is incentive so necessary when trying to reduce weight?We gain weight either because we eat or consume lots of calories in shape of heavy junk food and many more eatables, but we burn very few of them. So if we want to loose weight, we need to maintain the balance between
consumption and burning of calories. We need to change our eating and exercise habits.
Loosening of weight is beneficial in different ways to different people. Some say they feel better, some says their health will improve. Others may say they are trying to reduce their weight to satisfy their doctor and some says they reduce their weight so they can attract opposite sex towards them.
In order to stay aggravated to
lose weight, we must attach our eyes on something PERSONAL - some kind of selfish, personal benefit - for example, a beach holiday, or a family occasion, or the success of a specific fitness goal. The benefit we choose to push us to lose weight, it must be specific and have a fixed date.
Let’s have some examples on this:-"I want to lose weight and get into shape within 6 months, because I've just booked an expensive holiday in Florida. I want some quality male attention – you understand what I'm saying, girls? - so I'm going to drop three dress sizes and lose 50 pounds to make sure I get it."

Most dieters still consider that food is their enemy. So they think the less they eat, the quicker they'll lose weight. It’s totally wrong. The truth is, if we eat less, the more hungry we get and the quicker our diet goes up in smoke. We should not forget, the human body is genetically designed to eat when hungry and no amount of willpower will neutralize the basic urge-at least not for long.
Skipping meals during the day is the main cause of hunger. So make definite you eat regularly throughout the day, and eat a minimum of 1200-1300 calories per day - more if you exercise for 45 minutes. Regular eating reassures your body that food is plentiful, so it burns calories more efficiently. In addition, it maintains steady blood sugar levels thus preventing sudden urge to overeat.
Each of us has days when we feel extra hungry. When this happens, EAT MORE! Might this slow down your weight loss? Needing a few extra days to achieve your
weight loss goal is not a problem. The real problem is not eating enough and getting hungry and depressed. Because when this happens, you'll stop dieting and start binge.
All dieters experience "bad days." Unfortunately, most of them insist on perfection. So if they visit a friend and finish up eating 2 containers of ice cream and a box of cookies, they go to pieces. They become overwhelmed by guilt at not being perfect, and quit their diet in disgust. But eating the ice cream and cookies is pretty harmless - you need to eat a very large amount of food (3500+ calories) to gain just one pound of body fat - the real damage is caused by the guilt that follows. So what's the answer? Once you stop seeing yourself as the PERFECT dieter you'll feel entitled to make occasional mistakes, and you'll find dieting much easier and much less stressful.
The three problems outlined above are just a few of the difficulties we face when trying to lose weight. To overcome them and all the other diet issues that stand in the way of our weight loss goals, we need to get help. This is much more important than choosing the perfect
calorie-controlled eating plan, because no diet can motivate you to stay on track.

Because the calorie-content of water is zero, drinking water instead of milk, fruit juices or regular sodas helps to lower the calorie content of your diet and thus helps weight reduction. That said, water contains no nutrition either. By comparison, soft drinks like milk and fruit juice have significant

You just need to start off very slowly and add a new one in week; you don't have to take on all of them at once. You have to clean up your nutrition program to reach your goal. Up-to-the-minute diets, craze and the ad product of the month are not going to help you reach your weight loss goals.
Eat breakfastIt is proved so many times, those who eat their breakfast are more successful at controlling their diet. When doing muscle exercises, it's more important to make sure you fuel those muscles after an overnight fast. This is perfect time for burning fat because glycogen, blood glucose and insulin levels are all low.
Unluckily, it may also be ideal for burning muscle, because levels of glycogen are low, and levels of the catabolic stress hormone cholesterol are high. If you don’t eat your breakfast and directly sit on your lunch table to eat your lunch at noon, you’re not only in a highly catabolic (muscle wasting) state, you’re also sending a distinctive starvation signal to your body.
Eat less sugarSugar is out of sight in almost every commercial food item. A single spoon of ketchup contain 3 of its 4 grams of carbohydrates from sugar. A 12 oz can of cola has amazing 40 grams of sugar, and all of the carbohydrates in a cola are sugar!
Eat More OftenAccording to the studies done; it is proved the person who eats 6 times in a day has less fat instead of the persons who takes 3 meals a day, even if both groups eat about the same number of calories. This is because of maintaining steady blood sugar levels. With this too much insulin activates fat storage enzymes and forces fat in the bloodstream into fat cells for storage.
Eat your vegetablesEat vegetables doesn’t mean you start eating French fries in shape of potato, which has lots of sugar in it. Try to consume green vegetables, they are full of fiber will help and keep you full between meal.
Eat protein and carbohydrates togetherif you want to keep your blood sugar in check, then don't eat your carbohydrates by themselves. Struggle to always have balanced meals of protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats.
Drink waterThere are so many people already dehydrated. One should drink a gallon a day. If you drink a lot of coffee, then you need an extra 8 oz for each cup of coffee. Exercise will put more demands on your fluid levels.
Prepare your own foodYou should cook your food yourself. Because you know what is good and bad for you. It doesn’t take much time to eat healthy chicken legs.

There are lots of people who have misconception about these two terms. It’s very easy to loose your weight. There is nothing big about loosing weight; all you have to do is eat birdseed and arugula with some grapes. You will loose weight for sure. But whenever you enter into bathroom and see yourself in mirror you will not find anything reduced in your body because you have reduced only weight not fat. I think there are very few people who wanted to reduce their weight; their main priority is to
reduce fat from their body. There are many fat loss programs in the market, which assure you to reduce your fat on the grounds of reducing your weight which drives your metabolic rate down and reduces your capacity for physical work A successful fat loss program is only that which reduces only fat not your weight, which causes an increase in your metabolic rate and energy levels.
Some diets promote a strict cut in carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are the very first source of energy. When body is exhausted of carbohydrates, it turns to your protein, which in turns leads to catabolism or muscle wastage.
